We are pleased to communicate to our audience of friends and supporters that finally, starting from next August 3rd, it will be possible to admire again in its entirety the Sala dei Marmi, created last spring by the Friends of Florence.
At the end of the splendid retrospective dedicated to Donatello, held at Palazzo Strozzi and the Bargello, Michelangelo’s Madonna of the Stair returns to Casa Buonarroti and together with the Battle of the Centaurs, the two masterpieces can be admired again in their new and evocative setting.
On the occasion of this event it was decided to offer the public, Florentine and non-Florentine, four events through which they will retrace the extraordinary Florentine climate of the late fifteenth century in which Michelangelo began his training.
